BODYRide combines spin cycling, intense anaerobic interval training, and all over body conditioning moves that engage your core and tone your shoulders, arms, chest, and back. Looking to shock your body to a new fitness level? Consider Gut Ride. Gut RIde is offered by appointment only and was created to give you that little extra "oomph" you were looking for. This 90 minute class is an "Extra Intense Traditional Spin." Note: Pricing for this class is equal to two drop in rates.
